Satine, which was first introduced by Nikki Beach in Miami, Florida, is the premier restaurant by Nikki Beach Dubai, and will be headlined by executive chef Udo Moreau, who brings with him an extensive Michelin-star background. Chef Moreau’s cooking style is straightforward and light, with a focus on showcasing the best products in a simple and clean approach. For the past six years, Chef Moreau headed up the iconic Michelin-starred Frederic Simonin restaurant in Paris before joining the innovative, new concept that is Satine.
